Course Overview

Comprehensive blended delivery course, consisting of an online component and an in-class session. This course covers cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for those who need training due to work requirements or who want more knowledge to respond to emergencies at home.

Includes the latest CPR guidelines. Meets federal and a variety of provincial/territorial regulations for CPR.

Blended Delivery

• Combination of online learning with in-class, face-to-face instruction in-class

  • Online (approx. 4 hours)

    • All Theory modules listed above

    • Progress at your own pace

  • In-Class (approx. 4-5 hours)

    • Skills Activities and Demonstrations

    • 9am - 2pm

• The Online Component is valid for 30 days

• Must complete the in-class portion within 30 days

• Access to the online component will be emailed to you within 1 week of registration

• Certificates will be emailed within 3 business days of completion
